Suman Bahrunani is a qualified lawyer and Company Secretary. She holds Bachelor of Laws from Department of Law, University of Calcutta. She is also a member of Bar Council of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries India.
Suman has gathered experience and insights on corporate law, statutory filings, regulatory compliances, litigation management and legal risk assessment. She has over 7 years of experience working as an Associate with reputed law firms in India and UAE and has developed her legal expertise assisting senior partners and attorneys in Corporate, Civil and Labor Law matters.
Suman holds a certificate course in IPR from World Intellectual Property Organization and pursuing a Diploma course in contracts and commercial drafting. She has also finished a course on Cyber security & Human Rights from Iversity.
