Advisor Real-Estate Development and Construction
Colin has more than 30 years of international experience in the real estate development and construction industry.
As an architect, he has designed as well as led the execution of many award-winning developments, and has worked in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Singapore and Dubai. He has taught architectural design at the University of British Columbia and lectured at the Singapore Institute of Architects and the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore.
Additionally, he has served as a director on the boards of several companies such as Kele Contracting, a contractor in Dubai, and Signature Clubs, a developer and operator of business clubs, as well as being the Principal Development Advisor for developers such as Al Caribi Antigua Developments in the Caribbean, and Cypresse Hospitality in Asia.
Prior to co-heading MÀSSA, he held several senior positions, including Chief Development Officer at ENSHAA, the Dubai developer of the Palazzo Versace, D1 Tower and Emirates Financial Towers, Chief Planner and Architect, at HB Holdings in China, as well as Vice President of CPG Consultants, a large multi-disciplinary construction consultancy firm based in Singapore.
