Dr. Manoj Prasad is an internationally renowned investment banker, corporate strategist, advocate, and cross-border civil, corporate & banking disputes resolution expert with over two decades of experience in global financial markets. He holds a LLM (Legum Magister) Degree, CMC (UK) accredited Mediator & also awarded Doctorate in Strategic Management. His practice encompasses investment banking, structured finance, regulatory governance, and cross-border advisory across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.

As Executive Vice Chairman of Prudential Private Wealth Limited (PPWL, a DFSA-regulated (Cat-3C) institution headquartered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, UAE. Dr. Prasad leads strategic growth, institutional partnerships, and fiduciary governance. He concurrently also serves as Executive Chairman and CEO of MP Morgan Capital, Singapore, where he has advised on transactions exceeding USD 10 billion in debt, USD 6 billion in equity, and USD 5 billion in assets across structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, distressed assets, and capital optimisation.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Prasad held senior executive and management positions at leading global financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Barclays Capital, and HSBC. He played a pivotal role in structuring the landmark step-upIslamic convertible Sukuk linked to DP World's acquisition of P&O a pioneering transaction in modern Islamic finance.

In addition to his financial career, Dr. Prasad is permanent member of Bar Council of India, member Commonwealth Lawyers Association and a practicing Advocate and an active Civil, Commercial & Banking disputes resolution expert, accredited by the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), United Kingdom. He is also an active member ofteam RADANKS LTD., UK, where he serves as an International Finance Expert and Mediation Specialist. Furthermore, he is associated with Kaden Boriss Law as Managing Director and Advisory Board Member, contributing to international legal, corporate, and dispute resolution matters.
