Relevant Experience

  • Mark has over 20 years experience as a lawyer, almost all of which has been industrial relations and employment.
  • He has implemented enterprise agreements for multinational companies with respect to their Australian operations and advised on the merger of employment entities on a national basis.

  • Contributor, "National Workplace Relations" and "Lawyer's Practice Manuals" in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia, also published by Thomson Reuters.
  • Mark has a Masters in Law (2011) focussing on Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Discrimination Law and Safety Law.
